Ninad Raval is the VP of Product and Design at Flock. Ninad has over 15 years of experience in product and interaction design. He has a keen interest in helping businesses design simple multi-screen, data-driven products with a focus on bridging user goals and business objectives.In his current role at Flock, he is responsible for developing the overarching product and design strategy, and defining the product roadmap.Prior to Flock, Ninad has worked on a number of brands associated with Directi, including BigRock, Media.Net, ResellerClub and LogicBoxes.He was a part of the key team that was responsible for setting up the first UX and design group at Directi. He has played an important role in hiring designers, UI developers and IxD professionals, and has conducted regular training sessions across all Business Units and engineering teams.When he’s not busy working on the next big Flock update, Ninad can be found creating a tune or two on his cajon box.
