Messaging is infltrating everything right now — from customer support, to banking apps, to analytics. Text messaging offers users a simple, frictionless and personal interface that’s easily understandable and is available to everyone worldwide. Hence, making text-driven chat interface the new solution to UX design problems in the form of chatbots. In this workshop, we’re going to discuss some design approaches and critical areas to consider when developing a customer-facing chatbot. We’ll also discuss the best approach for different UX needs, as well as cover some of the critical UX aspects to pay attention to.
