Emotions are the currency of an experience, ironically there are not many tools, methods or frameworks that allow them to be used constructively. Service experiences that originate from an understanding of initial emotional states of customers and desired emotional states we want them to reach can be a powerful driving force for Service designers in crafting touchpoints, artifacts & conversations. These can then be incorporated in experience journeys to make them effective, memorable, & valuable.
